Brendan Hay tells stories though his skills of producing, directing, photographing and editing.
Recently, Hay merged the worlds of film and theatre in the interactive show Selfies After Dark. The five week season was the talk of the 2018 Adelaide Fringe Festival and won the weekly innovation award.
Previously Hay produced and directed a documentary about legendary hip hop artist Ice-T's Australian tour, followed by Rhythm and Poetry (2007), a feature length documentary on the history of the Australian hip hop scene, which was embraced by the notoriously critical local hip hop community and awarded best film in the 2007 OzHipHop Awards.
He has also traveled extensively to document music, sport and the art of travel. And is also an accomplished television editor having shaped numerous hours of TV in observational documentary, lifestyle and realty formats.
Hay continues to develop various film, television & new media ventures, and is well versed in working on projects around the world.
